Tijdens het jubileum van Art Journey was ik toch voor de bijl gegaan om een distress paint uit te gaan proberen. Ik had er al mee gestempeld op de Bevrijdingsdag spread, maar nu wilde ik er graag een achtergrond mee maken.
Ik had een verjaardagskaart voor Peter nodig, dus had ik al helemaal in mijn hoofd hoe het moest worden. Voor de achtergrond heb ik de techniek met stain, ink en paint gevolgd van de Juni 12 tags of 2013 van Tim Holtz. Hij is helemaal leuk geworden vind ik.

– Distress paint Broken China, stain Rusty Hinge, inkpad Vintage Photo
– Liquitex moddeling paste en TCW stencil
– Stempels: Art Specially, Katzelkraft en Joy
– Karisma kleurpotloden
– ronde stans Nellie Snellen

Die modelingpaste geeft een leuk effect. Prachtige kaart is dat.

You asked about the wing stencil some time ago. Sorry, nearly forgot it … I put color from an inkpad through the stencil with a sponge, so no second, negative or ghostprint 🙂 I did some, thogh. They look great too with the wings.
